台灣藝術大學電影系助理教授，教授電影攝影、燈光與商業電影實務等課程。人稱「秦師傅」，擁有超過25年影像創作經歷，作品橫跨電影、電視與紀錄片。曾參與《海角七號》、《賽德克・巴萊》、《52赫茲我愛你》等經典電影製作，並以《海角七號》、《戀人》等作品獲國內外最佳攝影獎項肯定。近年亦以導演身份執導客家電視台《暗夜微光》。

Ting-Chang Chin is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Motion Pictures at the National Taiwan University of Arts, he teaches courses on cinematography, lighting, and commercial film practices. Affectionately known as "Master Chin," he possesses over 25 years of experience in visual creation, with a portfolio spanning feature films, television, and documentaries. He has participated in the production of classic Taiwanese films such as "Cape No. 7", "Seediq Bale", and "52Hz, I Love You", and has won domestic and international Best Cinematography awards for his work on films including "Cape No. 7" and "Falling(戀人). In recent years, he has also stepped into the role of director, directing Hakka TV's "Daybreak" (暗夜微光).

資深電影攝影工作者，從事影像與電影技術製作四十五年，長期與國際攝影大師李屏賓合作，擔任攝影大助與攝影師，深度參與台灣新浪潮及華語電影的重要影像創作歷程。其影像經驗橫跨電影、廣告與MV領域，參與作品超過百部，現為中華民國電影攝影協會理事。參與作品包含侯孝賢《好男好女》、《南國再見，南國》、《海上花》、《千禧曼波》、《珈琲時光》、《最好的時光》、《紅氣球》、《刺客聶隱娘》、以及李安《飲食男女》等經典電影。

Ching-Kuo Yuan aChing-Kuo Yuan is a veteran cinematographer, he has been engaged in visual and technical film production for 45 years. As a long-term collaborator of the internationally acclaimed master cinematographer Mark Lee Ping-bing, he has served as both first assistant camera (1st AC) and cinematographer, deeply participating in the vital visual creation process of the Taiwan New Wave and Chinese-language cinema. His visual expertise spans feature films, commercials, and music videos, with credits in over a hundred productions. He currently serves as a board member of the Chinese Society of Cinematographers. His notable works include Hou Hsiao-hsien’s classic films "Good Men, Good Women", "Goodbye South, Goodbye", "Flowers of Shanghai", "Millennium Mambo", "Café Lumière", "Three Times", "Flight of the Red Balloon", and "The Assassin", as well as Ang Lee's Eat Drink Man Woman.

Andy Pui Man Leung 是一位新銳攝影指導，主要活躍於歐美獨立電影與短片圈，並經常與具倫敦電影學院背景的團隊合作。

他的近期代表作包含擔任短片《Saving Art》（2024） 以及入選 2025 年 Driftless 電影節的《Big Steps》 的攝影指導。除了專精攝影本業，他也曾於多部獨立影視作品中參與攝影助理與作詞等幕後工作，展現多元的創作量能。

Andy Pui Man Leung is an emerging cinematographer primarily active in the European and American independent and short film circuits, frequently collaborating with teams associated with the London Film School. His recent notable works as Director of Photography include the short film "Saving Art" (2024) and "Big Steps", an official selection at the 2025 Driftless Film Festival. Beyond his primary focus on cinematography, he has also taken on behind-the-scenes roles such as camera assistant and lyricist in various independent film and television projects, demonstrating his versatile creative capabilities.

金智允畢業於延世大學中文系及紐約電影學院電影攝影碩士課程，精通韓語、普通話、粵語及英語。曾於中國、韓國、台灣及美國好萊塢參與多部影像作品，累積豐富的電影拍攝現場經驗。近年完成獨立長片作品，持續從事電影攝影、實驗攝影及影像創作，關注城市、歷史與跨文化議題。其作品《Peephole》曾入選錫切斯國際奇幻電影節（Sitges Film Festival）Coming Soon單元，目前正進一步開發為長片。

Jean is a cinematographer and visual artist with a Master’s in Cinematography from the New York Film Academy and a BA in Chinese Language and Literature from Yonsei University. Fluent in Korean, Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, Jean has rich on-set experience from various productions in China, South Korea, Taiwan, and Hollywood.

Dedicated to cinematography, experimental photography, and video art, Jean's work frequently explores urban, historical, and cross-cultural issues. Recently completing an independent feature, Jean is now developing the short "Peephole"—previously selected for the Sitges Film Festival's "Coming Soon" section—into a full-length feature film.

畢業於清華大學材料科學與工程學系，現從事紀錄片、劇情片與錄像藝術等跨領域影像創作。曾於「現代電影沖印公司」學習膠片沖洗與暗房技術，結合理工背景，擅長於類比、數位與 AI 影像之間進行實驗與探索。2024 年以卓越攝影表現榮獲金穗獎最佳攝影，並入選金馬電影學院攝影組；作品《公鹿》獲美國日舞影展國際劇情短片評審團大獎，《水火山》入選阿姆斯特丹紀錄片影展紀錄短片競賽。

​Liao Ching-Wen is a graduate of the Department of Materials Science and Engineering at National Tsing Hua University, currently engaged in cross-disciplinary visual creation spanning documentaries, narrative films, and video art. Having studied film processing and darkroom techniques at the Modern Cinema Laboratory, Liao combines a science and engineering background to excel in experimenting and exploring across analog, digital, and AI imaging. In 2024, Liao won Best Cinematography at the Golden Harvest Awards for outstanding camerawork and was selected for the cinematography division of the Golden Horse Film Academy. Liao's work "The Stag" won the Short Film Jury Award for International Fiction at the Sundance Film Festival, and "Paper Houses and Horses" was selected for the Short Documentary Competition at the International Documentary Film Festival Amsterdam (IDFA).

布拉格表演藝術學院電影攝影碩士，第十三屆台北金馬電影學院 攝影學員、《FIR》捷克金獅Magnesia最佳學生電影獎 入選提名《窮鼠》MOD微電影創作大賽 最佳攝影 入圍。

​Liu Ching-Yuan holds a Master's in Cinematography from the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague (FAMU) and was a Cinematography Fellow at the 13th Taipei Golden Horse Film Academy. Notable works include FIR, which was nominated for the Magnesia Award for Best Student Film at the Czech Lion Awards, and "Cornered Rat", which earned a Best Cinematography nomination at the MOD Microfilm Contest.

Deeply rooted in analog image craftsmanship, Lin is highly proficient in the operation of 16mm and Double 8mm cameras as well as projection systems. Dedicated to manual film processing techniques and the presentation of authentic film textures, Lin offers comprehensive analog solutions ranging from equipment rental to visual production. 

Paul Hanrahan 是一位擁有逾 30 年經驗的資深電影調光師與影像教育工作者。他來自南非，2009 年移居台灣，並於 2019 年以「高級專業人才」殊榮取得台灣國籍。

擁有電機工程學位的他，擅長將技術精準度與藝術視野完美結合。Paul 擁有杜比視界（Dolby Vision）認證，同時也是國際調色師協會（CSI）正式成員。在 Digimax 擔任資深調光師十餘年後，他目前專注於自由接案與教學推廣，並主持《Color Mentor Podcast》培育新一代影像人才。代表作品：《哭悲》、《售命》、《化劫》。

Paul Hanrahan is a senior film colorist and educator with over 30 years of post-production experience. Originally from South Africa, he relocated to Taiwan in 2009 and obtained Taiwanese citizenship in 2019 as a highly skilled foreign professional.

With a BSc in Electrical Engineering, he seamlessly blends technical precision with artistic vision. Hanrahan is a Dolby Vision certified professional and a full member of the Colorist Society International (CSI). After over a decade as a senior colorist at Digimax Inc., he now focuses on freelance grading and industry education, hosting the Color Mentor Podcast.  Notable Works: "The Sadness", "Life for Sale", "AntiKalpa".

台灣資深影評人、媒體人與電影製片，長期擔任曾任金鐘獎、金馬獎、台北電影節等評審。曾任《聯合報》電影記者、《自由時報》副總編輯，並於2020年至2023年間擔任國家電影及視聽文化中心第一任董事長。

Lan Tsu-wei is a veteran Taiwanese film critic, media professional, and film producer who has frequently served as a jury member for the Golden Bell Awards, Golden Horse Awards, and Taipei Film Festival. He previously worked as a film reporter for the United Daily News and as the Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the Liberty Times, and served as the first Chairman of the Taiwan Film and Audiovisual Institute (TFAI) from 2020 to 2023.
