- Our film processing service primarily involves the chemical developing and digital conversion of film. This process utilizes light-sensitive consumables, scanning equipment, and photography techniques, and the resulting output does not necessarily represent the final image quality. After purchasing the service, any abnormal quality in the processed results—whether due to improper photography operation or other factors—will not constitute grounds for an exchange or refund.

- Before purchasing this service, please read this statement carefully to ensure you fully understand the unique service process and our after-sales policy. Once the purchase is completed, it will be deemed that you have agreed to and accepted all terms of this purchase statement.
Special Circumstances Description
- If you discover significant defects in the processed film that are clearly not caused by human error or if damage occurs during transportation, please contact customer service within 24 hours, providing a detailed explanation along with relevant photos and unboxing videos. This provision applies solely to major quality issues and does not cover issues arising from changes in personal requirements or improper handling.
- If, after purchasing the film processing service, the film fails to reveal an image due to customer mishandling, we will immediately terminate the scanning process and, at our discretion, offer a discount coupon as compensation. In such cases, no exchange or return will be accepted, nor will a refund be provided.
